February- Saturday Session

Join us for our February, Saturday session in the poets corner room at The Playwright.

This month, the writing challenge theme is Botanical Gardens; a piece of prose up to 800 words, or a poem on the given subject. It’s not compulsory to do this to attend, so come along and hear the resulting works.

Arrive early (12.30), have lunch, chat, and get to know other in our writing community, and then from 1.30 onward it’s the challenge. Have a piece of writing you want to get comments on, or a writing question you want to talk about? Then there’s time for this in the remainder of the session.

Not only is this meeting flexible, but it’s free. We want writers to join in with our writing community, sharing the highs and lows, and experiences.

We’re a friendly group of writers, all of mixed abilities (from new to published) and a wide age range.
