£5Our May guest speaker is Leicester based author Rod Duncan, published by Angry Robot books. He writes alternate history, contemporary crime and screenplays. His novels have been shortlisted for a number of awards: the Philip K. Dick Award, the East Midlands Book Award and the John Creasey Dagger.
A dyslexic with a background in scientific research, Rod now lectures in creative writing at DeMontfort University in Leicester.
His latest novel, The Outlaw and the Upstart King is available in bookshops and online.
